The Sultanov family, residents of Lankaran city, are engaged in the production of dairy products. In a small dairy processing workshop established in their backyard, which complies with legislative requirements, they produce natural products such as ghee, various types of cheese, shor, strained yogurt, yogurt, cream, and more.

According to Khalid Sultanov, he learned this trade while working for many years as a specialist in one of the largest dairy product manufacturing companies in Azerbaijan:

“While working at a large factory, I particularly enjoyed the cheese-making process. Later, I set up an experimental production for ourselves, our family. We first consumed our products ourselves and then offered them to relatives and acquaintances. Thus, word about our cheese gradually began to spread.”

To further improve their operations, the Sultanov family established a processing workshop equipped with more modern equipment that meets standards and expanded their product range:

“We supply our products to numerous catering establishments, sales points, and individual customers in the Southern region. We constantly work to maintain quality and naturalness. However, our products lacked a unified brand, and we clearly understood the importance of having a brand to access larger markets.”

To ensure their products fully comply with technical specifications, to organize sales in large supermarket chains, and to take their business to a new level, the Sultanov family applied to “ABAD.” Their products, now under the “Sultan Dairy” brand, are available for sale in all major supermarket chains.
