On May 10, 2022, an open-air "Festival of
Colors" was held on Boyukshor Boulevard on the occasion of the 99th
anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
The festival was held with joint cooperation of the
Sabunchu District Executive Power, ABAD public legal entity, and the Center for
Work with Municipalities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of
Azerbaijan.
Various national souvenirs and
decorative-applied folk handicrafts were put up for sale at the ABAD stand set
up there. Employees of the Nardaran ABAD Ceramics and Applied Arts Center
organized master classes on pottery, ceramics art, and painting, which attracted
great interest from visitors.
In addition, the festival was engraved in the
memories of visitors by unique handicrafts, entertainment, and music.
