On May 18,
2022, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey
organized the "Fish Sandwich" festival in front of the Baku EXPO
Center as part of the International Agriculture Exhibition. ABAD public legal
entity acted as one of the partners of this festival.
In
connection with the festival, 2 tons of fish products (sea bream, sea zander,
trout, salmon) grown in fish farms in Turkey under aquaculture conditions were
brought to Azerbaijan, cooked and distributed to visitors free of charge during
the festival. The preparation of fish products is provided in the food trucks
of ABAD.
It should
be noted that food was served to the guests of the festival in five food
trucks.
