On May 26-29, 2022, the “Technofest" Festival will be held for the first time in Azerbaijan.

ABAD participates in the event with an exclusive display titled “From trenchess to art”. The expo is organized with the support of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) and within the framework of this project, ANAMA handed the mines that were destroyed in the liberated lands over to ABAD.

In turn, ABAD craftsmen turned these remains into works of art for the exhibition. Each of the exhibits is made in steampunk style and relates to the theme of the second Karabakh war.

At the same time, the souvenirs made by ABAD members and depicting the logo and other attributes of  TECHNOFEST Azerbaijan Aerospace and Technology Festival, are offered for sale.

It should be noted that the "Technofest" Festival is jointly organized by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey and the Turkey Technology Team Foundation, led by the technical director of the "Baykar Makina" company Selcuk Bayraktar, and with the partnership of more than 60 state institutions, universities and private companies of Turkey since 2018 and takes place annually.
