On the 14th of June, 2018, a photo exhibition entitled “In the light of our cultural heritage: yesterday, today, tomorrow " and dedicated to the National Salvation Day of Azerbaijani people co-organized by “ABAD” public legal entity and The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held at the Museum of Stone Chronicles.

The aim of the display is to showcase the working process of ABAD families during production of handicrafts and food and give insight into the cultural heritage of Azerbaijan and familiarize a larger audience with food and decorative-applied craftsmanship products of ABAD beneficiaries.

Representatives of many embassies, international organizations, public-political, state and private organizations took part in the event.

Mr. Ulvi Mehdiyev, the Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan opened the event by extending his warm welcomes to all of guests at the opening ceremony of the exhibition. The following speech was given by the director of “ABAD” public legal entity Mr. Rufat Elchiyev and beneficiaries of “ABAD”.

The guests enjoyed live musical performance given by the Azeri singer Tunzale Aghayeva, pianist Nizami Aliyev and a string quartet.
