"ABAD" beneficiary: Elmira Hajiyeva | Region: Baku | Painting

Residing in Baku city, Ms.Elmira Hajiyeva is one of the beneficiary artists of ABAD Public Legal Entity. For many years, she has drawn patterns on different items with special dyes to give them a new appearance.

Elmira notes on growing up in a family of artists:

"In my family, everyone is engaged in various areas of decorative-applied folk art. Apparently, the artistic environment in the family influenced me to end up as a craftsman. Through their support and experience, I have always improved and advanced in my field, especially, my brother has the matchless role in my success as a professional."

To note that, along with painting art Ms.Hajiyeva makes various dolls.

Each of these dolls decorated with elegant ornaments in national style, carrying unique attires that intrinsic to different regions. Up to present time, Elmira had been selling her products merely based on incoming customer orders, thus, she appealed to ABAD to receive the necessary support to organize the sales of the products.

Today, her exquisite handicrafts are available in all ABAD exhibition and sales centers.
