"ABAD" beneficiary: Gurban Huseynov | Region: Balakan | Dairy

Residing in the Talalar village of Balakan raion, Gurban Huseynov engaged in cattle farming for more than five years. He produces dairy in his family enterprise as an ABAD member.

“I am producing butter, heavy cream and sheepskin-cheese. Previously I was selling these products at the bazaar, but I was not satisfied with the sales, “ Gurban remarks.

Now Huseynov family offers their products for sale under the brand name “Talalar”:

"As we became ABAD members, we trained for the production of different cheese types by ABAD’s food technicians in the individual container equipped with cutting-edge facilities. At present, we produce chechil and dutch cheeses which are a novelty for us, and we are entirely pleased with the result."
