A member of the family, Zohra Ibrahimova has been preparing jams of various fruits and berries for over 35 years.

Made of raspberries, blackberries and mulberry fruits that are harvested from their yards, these products are distinguished by their flavor and quality.

Using the special recipe to prepare jams and preserves, she notes:

"I have always been interested in the kitchen and learned the secrets of the jam production from my mother since my adolescence years. For example, the raspberry jam that I cook, differs from what others make. In addition to the taste, the fruits are not crushed and their shape is perfectly preserved. "

Zohra Ibrahimova applied to ABAD to further develop her family business and sell her products not only in Balakan but across the country.

ABAD evaluated the production potential of the family and provided them with the necessary production equipment in the form of monoblock containers.

Firstly, the family trained in equipment usage , hygiene and occupational safety rules and then the production started on the monoblock containers.

According to Zohra Ibrahimova, without professional facilities the preparation of products was consuming a lot more time and energy earlier :

"But now we can produce more products daily , keeping the same taste."

The ABAD employees have generated the brand of "Bagimizin behresi" (The yield of our garden) for the Ibrahimovs family. Thus, these products, which Zohra  prepares with great care and love, will be well-known for their taste as well as with their name.
