The head of the family Alikhan Aliyev built his own farm on jam, preserve and compote production several years ago.

The family of Aliyev's started to make jams 30 years ago for the first time and as time went by, he became a specialist in this area and increased the assortments of jams and compotes.

The family uses some of their products for the personal purposes meanwhile, putting a major part on local market.

Alikhan Aliyev addressed to ABAD to develop his family business and get access to the large-scale market.

ABAD Public Legal Entity provided him with the necessary production equipment, allowing jams to be made of high quality and meet all hygiene standards.

The family brand “Yay səbəti” (Summer Basket) generated for the family. Their products certified according to the principle of "one-stop shop".

Now the family engaged in the production of cornelian berries, apricots, cherries, blackberry preserves and, pear and fig jams under the brand name of  "Summer Basket".

Alikhan Aliyev plans to multiply the number of the products that will be released to the market.

He prefers to prepare jams mainly using the fruits of his farm.

According to Alikhan Aliyev, he aims to advance the jam culinary and he relies on the support of ABAD Public Legal Entity in this regard.
