Rasim Huseynov
Our painter Rasim Huseynov creates miniatures on porcelain crockery and ceramics. His works adorn the world's most famous museums, as well as many lavish private collections.

According to Rasim, he has chosen this art as profession and lifestyle since 1982:
"I used to work in a porcelain ware factory in Ganja. Since then, I have been captivated by miniature art and obtained the secrets and smallest nuances of this art from books. "
Rasim Huseynov was the first who introduced miniatures on porcelain plates in the former USSR (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics).
"In 1987, in Moscow, I was awarded a silver medal for my “Mugham composition", - he remarked.
Even after the Ganja porcelain ware factory stops in 1993, R.Huseynov does not turn his back on this art and improves his skills instead. Thus, he gains great popularity in the art sphere, participating in a number of international exhibitions with his distinct miniature adornments made with gold on the surface of porcelain and cobalt items.
"I am a member of the ABAD family for about half a year. Artistic solidarity has been created under the umbrella of this organization. In order to turn this love into a family business, I made my son like this art and I am eagerly helping him to improve upon this art. I would really like Azerbaijani Culture Days to be held all over the world, and our family’s approach and works to be represented at these exhibitions by my son,” Rasim said.
Rasim Huseynov's eye-catching crafts are available at all "ABAD" ethno-boutiques.
