The opening ceremony of the "The 5th Season" exhibition dedicated to the fifth anniversary of the ABAD public legal entity took place at Icherisheher ABAD Ethno-boutique.

The ceremony was attended by Mr Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr Rufat Elchiyev, Director of ABAD, representatives of international organizations and other guests.

Certificates of appreciation were presented to ABAD members at the event and the guests got acquainted with the exhibition.

The exhibits embody the five-year activity of ABAD, the year of Nizami Ganjavi, the return to Karabakh and the decorative-applied folk art intrinsic to Azerbaijan. The expositions belong to ABAD’s famous artists Mir Teymur Mammadov, Gulnara Mahmud, Esmira Rahimli, Farid Najafov, Elmira Hajiyeva, Ilham Safarli, Natalya Zeynalova, Ruslan Huseynov and Fuad Jabrailov.

It should be noted that “ABAD” (Simplified Support to Family Businesses) public legal entity run by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan was established following the Presidential Decree dated 23 September 2016.
