June 1, International Day for the Protection of Children was celebrated in the liberated Talish village of Tartar region with the joint organization of the “Special Representatives of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Karabakh Economic Region” and “Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Karabakh Economic Region”.
Masterclasses and holiday festivities for small residents of Talish were organized here. The event was attended by kindergarten and school students living in Talish village and masterclasses were held by artisans of Nardaran ABAD Ceramics and Applied Art Center and other ABAD artists.
For this purpose, 4 representatives of decorative-applied folk crafts including a potter, a painter, and a jeweler participated in the event. They worked with little participants to create various crafts samples.
It should be noted that June 1 - International Children's Day was held in Karabakh for the first time in 30 years with the participation of children.
