On September 17, 2024, the management of “ABAD” public legal entity, the special delegation for Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavend Districts, representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, and the Tourism Agency met with locals of Fuzuli city which was liberated from occupation on September 17, 2024, at the Children's Creative Center named after Kurmangazy. The director of the “ABAD” public legal entity, Rufat Elchiyev, gave a detailed presentation about “ABAD” and its activities.

During the presentation, Rufat Elchiyev gave detailed information about the wide opportunities created by the state for the development of business in the liberated areas, including tax concessions and other support mechanisms. He also mentioned the unique support program "ABAD" offers those wanting to start a new business. The presentation concluded with a Q&A session, where residents could address their questions directly to management.

Residents who want to become "ABAD" members were registered during the meeting, and subsequent documentation will be implemented with utmost priority.
