“ABAD” public legal entity continues hosting meetings with the liberated territories' residents.

On October 16, 2024, a meeting was held in Lachin city with the local residents living in the areas liberated from occupation. The meeting was led by Rufat Elchiyev, director of the “ABAD” public legal entity, attended by organisation’s official delegation.

The event, held at the Lachin Cinema, featured a presentation on the activities of the “ABAD” . Additionally, the extensive opportunities created by the government to foster business development in these areas were highlighted, including tax incentives and other support mechanisms. The unique support program offered by “ABAD” for individuals wishing to start new businesses was also introduced.

The presentation concluded with a Q&A session.

During the event, residents interested in joining “ABAD” were registered. The necessary processes for their integration into “ABAD” will be carried out soon.

Representatives from the special representative office of Lachin District, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, and the Tourism Agency also attended the meeting.

Following the event, officials from “ABAD” visited the “ABAD” workshop and sales point, operating under the name “Gilabi Ceramics,” in the city of Lachin, where they had the opportunity to learn more about the handmade products being produced there.
